• Lead a redesign of internal communications for the Southwest business unit. Wrote the design brief, built a repeatable design system, and deployed Outlook-compatible email templates to 168+ staff.
• Tag client reports (100+ pages) for ADA and WCAG accessibility, and wrote the tagging guide my team uses. Client work is confidential.
• Built a SharePoint and Power Automate request hub on my own that shows the admin team who owns each request. Currently in management review ahead of launch.
